UFC News: Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather 2 offer made, Nate Diaz fumes, CM Punk latest

Floyd Mayweather receives UFC fight offer

Floyd Mayweather has reportedly received an offer to fight in the UFC,

“I said it four years ago that Mayweather is going to end up fighting in the cage, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he does,” Garcia told Fight Hype when asked about the possibility of Mayweather having an MMA bout with Conor McGregor.

“I heard they made him a huge offer. So if the money’s right. Mayweather will do it.”

Nate Diaz slams Dana White

Nate Diaz has hit back at president Dana White for claiming he wasn’t offered a fight with Tyron Woodley.

“They called me out of nowhere, when I wasn’t trying to fight nobody,” Diaz told Brett Okamoto of ESPN.

“They asked if I would fight Woodley and I said, ‘Well, I’d like a three-month camp.’

“I told them I’d fight him on shorter notice, but would send them what I wanted in the contract. It was nothing out of the norm.

“My boxing coach said something about $15 million in an interview, but that was never the number.

“Then I saw in the media, the UFC said they never approached me about it. I was like, ‘F*** it then. I wasn’t the one asking for the fight.'”

“But he’s healthy now and he’s interested in fighting. We’ll see what happens.

“There is no deal for CM Punk to fight anywhere. So we’ll see how that plays out.”
